These rides are customized to suit rider's ability, from beginning to advanced riders. We will ask for information such as height, actual weight (no fibbing please gentlemen) and experience, so we may match each rider with a suitable horse. All guests are required to wear a helmet and sign a release form before riding. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to be fitted with a helmet and to fill out applicable paperwork.
Beginners will start with a brief instructional period where they will review the proper seat; reining commands to turn, slow down and stop; and go over trail tips and safety procedures. Intermediate and Advanced riders must pass a riding review to be able to trot and canter on the trail.

Our trails include beautiful wooded areas, wide open fields, a small river crossing, old railroad beds for long relaxing canters and beautiful seasonal views of the nearby mountains!
Riders must bring their own grain and water bucket for the horse. A negative coggins test within three months and a rabies certificate from a licensed vet must be supplied before any horse will be allowed on the facility. All riders are required to wear a helmet while mounted and sign a release form before hitting the trail. You must have a guide with you to go on the trails.
